CrossFit & Functional Fitness for Kids in Langley & Surrey BC

Our Kids and Youth Programs are run by certified trainers out of 2 locations, The Trainers Box in Surrey BC and CAMPUS CrossFit & Athletics in Langley BC

LilFIT (Ages 5-8)

  • 45min sessions, focused on fun fitness experiences.
  • Build cardio & endurance using plyo boxes, burpees & running.
  • Create good movement patterns and introduce strength training with dumbbells.
  • Some use of Rowers, Rings.

Youth Foundations (Ages 7-15)

  • 45min sessions focused on building basic fitness.
  • Build conditioning levels & establish good movement patterns.
  • Squatting, Pressing and Pulling progressions.
  • Rowers, Pullup bars, Dumbbells & Kettlebells introduced.

YouthFIT (Ages 7-15)

  • 60 min sessions for young athletes
  • Enhance current conditioning levels & improve athletic performance
  • Strength development programs and Intro to Barbells.
  • Rope Climbs, Olympic Lifting and advanced skill introduction.
