He has significant experience with clients looking for body transformations (both muscle gain and fat loss) and his practice hinges on a holistic approach that takes into consideration not just nutrition but sleep, hydration, training schedules and more.
Chloe is a PN Certified Level 1 Coach, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and holds a Nutritional Coaching Institute Level 1 certification. As a nutrition coach, her goal is not just to advise, but to listen. You know your body best, so she focuses on building strong, open communication and learning what you like and dislike so that she can apply her knowledge to help you create new successful habits. She'll start by helping you make incremental changes that move you towards healthier choices, all the while educating you on why those choices are beneficial for you. She believes that learning why something is important makes changing patterns that much easier.
