YOUTHFIT

Coach-led fitness for young athletes. Two programs built for different stages of development.

YOUTHFIT

AGES 8–15

60 minute sessions focused on the foundations of fitness. A fun, structured environment that builds movement confidence and lasting habits.

  • Build conditioning levels and establish good movement patterns

  • Squatting, pressing and pulling progressions

  • Rowers, pullup bars, dumbbells and kettlebells

  • Introduction to Olympic lifts for advanced athletes

STUDENT

AGES 15–18

60 minute sessions for young athletes training alongside adults. A path to adult classes that develops real athletic performance.

  • Enhance conditioning levels and improve athletic performance

  • Strength development programs

  • Rope climbs, Olympic lifting and advanced skill introduction

  • Full access to adult class programming and community

Prerequisite
6 months CrossFit experience or completion of Foundations.

Common questions, straight answers.

Do I need experience to start CrossFit?

No experience needed. Our Foundations program is designed specifically for beginners and will get you comfortable with all movements before your first group class. You can also book a free trial to come and see the gym.

Is CrossFit safe for beginners?

Yes. Every movement is coached and scalable to your current fitness level and mobility. Our coaches will never push you beyond what is appropriate for where you are today.

What is the Foundations program?

Foundations is 4 one-on-one personal training sessions where we teach you the movements, scaling options, terminology, and class structure of CrossFit. It is $200 and the best way to start if you are brand new.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes. Adult trial classes are completely free. Youth trial classes are $20. No commitment required, just show up ready to move.

How often should I train?

Most members train 3 to 5 days per week. If you are just starting out, we recommend 3 days per week and building up over time as your body adapts.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. We have all the equipment. Athletic shoes with flat soles are ideal for lifting.

Do you offer family or group discounts?

Yes. Additional family members on recurring memberships receive 20% off. Contact us for details.

What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines 8km of running with 8 functional workout stations. Our HYROX training program prepares you for the race while also being a great standalone fitness program.
