Foundations is our onboarding program designed for anyone new to CrossFit or structured strength training. Over 4 personal training sessions you will learn everything you need to walk into any group class with confidence.

AGES 8–15
60 minute sessions focused on the foundations of fitness. A fun, structured environment that builds movement confidence and lasting habits.
Build conditioning levels and establish good movement patterns
Squatting, pressing and pulling progressions
Rowers, pullup bars, dumbbells and kettlebells
Introduction to Olympic lifts for advanced athletes
AGES 15–18
60 minute sessions for young athletes training alongside adults. A path to adult classes that develops real athletic performance.

I am so impressed at how much attention and focus they put into ensuring people warm up and focus on technique before starting the main work out. Even then, the coaches are monitoring the athletes and coaching them through their work outs. The workouts incorporate a few exercises that ensure you are hitting all of your muscle groups.
The gym is clean, well set up with lots of stations and an excellent schedule of classes throughout the week to match your lifestyle. Fantastic value at the end of the day. Big shout outs to coaches David Pretty and Carter Shimbashi. They are the bomb!

Yes. Every movement is coached and scalable to your current fitness level and mobility. Our coaches will never push you beyond what is appropriate for where you are today.
Foundations is 4 one-on-one personal training sessions where we teach you the movements, scaling options, terminology, and class structure of CrossFit. It is $200 and the best way to start if you are brand new.
Yes. Adult trial classes are completely free. Youth trial classes are $20. No commitment required, just show up ready to move.
Most members train 3 to 5 days per week. If you are just starting out, we recommend 3 days per week and building up over time as your body adapts.
