The team behind this amazing community.

Tony has built businesses, managed teams, and coached hundreds of athletes, and somehow the thing he's most known for is still slowing down to make sure you actually got it. He's a dad, an entrepreneur, and the kind of coach who treats every class like the details matter. Because they do.

Aleksandra runs for fun, coaches for keeps, and raises her kids with the same values she brings to the gym floor: work hard, do it right, don't make excuses. What sets her apart is how much she means it. Every cue, every correction, every time she makes you redo that rep. That's not strictness. That's respect.

Murray is the rarest kind of coach: the one who's never stopped being a student. He taught strength and conditioning, opened Campus Crossfit, and he competed at the CrossFit Games Masters level, topping Canada West, ranked 24th in the world. The learning and the teaching have always been the same thing to him. You'll feel that the moment he starts explaining something.

David is the kind of coach people underestimate once. The quietest person in the room and the one with the most to say about why your clean was off. He doesn't perform coaching, he just does it, with a stillness and a precision that make the corrections feel almost obvious in hindsight. Give him one session with your technique and you'll understand why the quiet ones always know the most.

Matthew's classes are the kind you recommend to friends who think this stuff sounds scary. He brings a sharp eye for movement quality, and does so with a coaching style that's warm, playful, and genuinely his own. He's a dad and a husband who loves music and doesn't mind being the weird one in the room. In fact, he leans into it.
