CrossFit inspired Functional Fitness for Youth, Kids and Teens in Langley & Surrey BC

CAMPUS Youth Fitness Programs are run by certified trainers and include 2 different programs for ages 8-15, catering to all levels of fitness and athletic abilities.

YouthFIT

(Ages 8-15)

60 min sessions focused on the foundations of fitness.

Build conditioning levels & establish good movement patterns.

Squatting, Pressing and Pulling progressions.

Rowers, Pullup bars, Dumbbells & Kettlebells plus introduction to Olympic lifts for advanced athletes.

Student

(Ages 15-18)

60 min sessions for young athletes in our adult classes.

Enhance current conditioning levels & improve athletic performance.

Strength development programs

Rope Climbs, Olympic Lifting and advanced skill introduction.
6 months previous crossfit experience or completion of our foundations program.

Pricing starts at $28.00 bi weekly for 1 class a week...No contracts, can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
